How long does delivery take?+
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping delivers in 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping delivers the next business day. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $79. This applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with tags attached. Simply initiate a return through your account or contact our support team.
How do I exchange an item?+
To exchange, return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size or color. We will refund the original purchase once we receive the return.
When will I receive my refund?+
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 3-5 additional business days.
Product & Care
How do I care for silk garments?+
We recommend dry cleaning for silk pieces, or hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. Never wring silk — lay flat to dry instead. Store silk garments on padded hangers away from direct sunlight.
Are your products true to size?+
Our garments are designed with a relaxed, slightly oversized fit true to the Parisian aesthetic. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide for specific measurements for each product category.
What materials do you use?+
We exclusively use premium natural fabrics: Grade 6A Italian mulberry silk, Scottish cashmere, European linen, ECOVERO viscose, and GOTS-certified organic cotton. We never use polyester or synthetic materials.
Are your products sustainably made?+
Yes. All garments are produced in runs of fewer than 500 units at certified workshops in Romania, Italy, and Portugal. We prioritize European manufacturing for lower carbon footprint and fair labor practices. Every fabric is traceable to its source mill.
