All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Returns
We want you to love every PUJKA piece. If something doesn't work out, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Log into your account and select the order you'd like to return.
- Select the item(s) and reason for return.
- Print the prepaid return label (US orders only).
- Pack the item(s) with all original tags attached.
- Drop off at your nearest carrier location.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without original tags
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 additional business days.
